FarSky Review

FarSky is a sandbox survival game with a twist you have to survive from the bottom of the ocean.  Gather resources to expand your base, craft weapons and armor.  Hunt fish for food but be careful the blood will attract predators.  You can also find abandoned stations in the water that may have potato, carrot and green bean seeds.

I have played many hours of FarSky so far and I'm really enjoying it.  I like the majestic beauty of the underwater world.  The lighting, and movements of the fish and vegetation is very realistic.  I like that the dangers and predators are real, no zombies, giant spiders, or skeletons.  They are passive during the day unless there is blood in the water.

Here is a sneak peak of the underwater base,
it's a bit bigger than what you start with but you
can expand your base.

I highly recommend this game as it is very engaging it just pulls you into it world.  This game will certainly appeal to anyone who enjoys diving or just loves the underwater world.  Its too bad there is no multiplayer I think that it would of been even more enjoyable.  At a price of 15 dollars I say that it is a fair price for this game.

Block Story

Block Story has an interesting crafting system that I really enjoy. There is a lot of things that you can craft for a house, weapons, plants, and even vehicles.  I played a lot of minecraft and I enjoyed it but I was looking for a game like minecraft that had a bit more to it and I think Block Story is it.

The beginning of the game has a wizard who starts the quest line.  Its basically a tutorial to teach you what you can craft.  The game is done really well with little houses and villages throughout the world.  The buildings are built really well and look awesome.  The characters are made more realistic than Minecraft they aren't as blocky.

The game has a very detailed recipe book that shows you how to craft everything.  Watch the video above to see some of the recipes you can craft.

I recommend this game to anyone who likes Minecraft and wants more to the crafting system, and likes having quests to guide you.

Check out the links below for more info and to purchase the game.
